SHELBYVILLE, Mo. -- A Shelbyville woman has been charged with Class D felony forgery following the cashing of a check bearing a forged signature. Barbara A. Parrish, 46, of Shelbyville, is charged in case No. 26SB-CR00060 with one count of felony forgery. She was arrested Thursday, July 2, 2026.
