It's the Song and the Story

At CREATE Daily there are 7 Creative Disciplines the I employ that CREATE SUCCESS. The most marketable is the systematic discipline which allows me as a leader to CREATE Daily, Produce Daily and Distribute Daily media throughout the communities I serve. Once I stopped looking for a job, I started CREATE Daily and began to work at what I love and what I was made to do.

1. Story and Song

As a Singer-Songwriter, a writer and journalist I think and practice as one readt to communicate through the skills of a storyteller and poet. As a recording producer, I work at the art of recording, producing minamilist sketches in living stereo on my guitar and with my voice.

2. Unique Pallet

Short Form, Long Form, Poetry, scripting, comedy, slice of life, journalism, teaching, preaching, audio, video, print, ebook, kinetic, entrepreneurial. Your unique pallet allows you to CREATE Daily using superpowers only you have. I call this the "Truth in Living Color Pallet."

3. Collaboration

I collaborate with people who understand their unique pallet and those who different super powers than I do. Artists, mathematicians, counselors and storytellers. My classic collaborators are other instruments in a soundtrack I am composing and producing.

4. Cultivation of Ideas

Ideation is a daily task. I can be inspiring and annoying at or after lunch when I have a daily ideation session. It is a law of average that produces above average products, services and endeavors that can be measured, developed and become the good fruit in orchards. The breakthrough question in ideation is to ask, "What are the ten things that everyone needs?" The ideas to develop are the ideas that you can't find a product, service or endeavor that meets the needs. Do this ever day and log them in your journal and you become a cultivator and a curator of ideas. But do not become a cult!

5. Endeavor - A ship that comes in!

I love when ideas flow into products and services where people you work with get on the ship and go on a cruise together! This integrates products, services, with a venture that sails on an adventure integrating home, work and community in a sea of unity! Everyone is a captain, a cruise director, a navigator and the crew! A ship full of entrepreneurs.

6. Serve Somebody

I use to post a sign in the restroom that read: "All servant leaders must wash someone's feet before returning to work." Those who complained needed a short course on obstacles that I wrote in another CREATE daily column. If you are above cleaning colleagues' feet, you probably will fly solo. CREATE Daily Service in your practice and you will gain trust, loyalty and friendship. And you will improve your serve.

7. Stoke the Soul - Ignite the Spirit

The Soul Workout brings finance, fitness and food to another level. It is a Vitamin that awakens Snow White and the Seven Endorphins and lights up the darkest forecast. At CREATE Daily we stoke the Community, Coaching Recreation, Teaching Education, creating galleries and studios filled with Art and Media, and piloting Travel through Transporting folks on creative journeys, and endeavoring on entrepreneurial voyages of the mind, the heart and the creative spirit.
