Playboy Comes Home: Iconic Brand Relocating Global Headquarters to Miami Beach, Opening New Club
Playboy is coming home to Miami Beach.
The iconic lifestyle brand announced plans to relocate its global headquarters from Los Angeles to Miami Beach and open a new Playboy club in the area, marking a significant return to a city where the company has deep historical roots.

The new headquarters will occupy the top floors of a luxury office building and include studios designed to support Playboy's expanding creator network. The accompanying club will feature a restaurant and a members-only section inspired by the legendary Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles.
"Miami Beach is among the most dynamic and culturally influential cities in the country, making it the ideal home for Playboy's next chapter," said Ben Kohn, CEO of Playboy Inc.
The move represents a homecoming of sorts for the brand. Founder Hugh Hefner opened one of the first Playboy clubs in Miami during the 1950s and later launched a Playboy Hotel in Miami Beach in the 1960s.
Playboy Magazine debuted in 1953 with Marilyn Monroe gracing its inaugural cover. Now, more than seven decades later, the company is betting on Miami Beach as the backdrop for its reinvention—blending its storied legacy with a modern creator-focused business model.
While specific opening dates and exact locations have not yet been announced, the headquarters relocation and club opening are expected to bring new jobs and cultural cachet to the Miami Beach area.
