Moira is a Houston native whose passion for storytelling began in childhood and grew into a focused interest in journalism during her college career. That path led her to The Dateline, UHD’s student run newspaper, where she reported on campus, local, and national issues with a commitment to clarity and accuracy. Outside the newsroom, she enjoys reading and writing fiction, exploring new video games, and finding fresh ways to stay connected to the stories that shape her community.
