I, Anna Marie Lannom, declare under oath to GOD these things to be true and for relief I do pray

Anna Marie Lannom, The Mother of Violet Lannom, Amelia Lannom and Calista Dinkins, contest

termination of her rights as The Mother and otherwise. Mrs. Lannom declares The Mother to

be her title and that title remain intact, forever, because it is the right thing for The Children.

Mrs. Lannom is a valuable member of the community, providing security for The City of Memphis and she build significant relationships. Mrs. Lannom is well educated, mentally stable and physically able to care for her children as evidence and testimony do show this, however, The State of Tennessee neglects the facts.

The State of Tennessee and its Department(s)’ neglect the mother’s plea for her children, continually. The State of Tennessee disregards documentation of SEVERAL hair follicle screenings and ongoing urinalysis screenings showing negative for drugs and alcohol and The State disregards MULTIPLE completed, approved parenting classes and ongoing therapy sessions.

Also, the State fails to acknowledge Mrs. Lannom’s documentation of YEARS of Mental Evaluations showing Mrs. Lannom to be competent and her maintenance of care. The State of Tennessee makes NO EFFORT in the best interest in The Children, and it has NO CAUSE to terminate Mrs. Lannom’s rights and

The State of Tennessee has abandoned the family, severing communications outright, leaving three daughters deprived of their Mother and stripping Mrs. Lannom of everything she has founded.

The State of Tennessee divides siblings and places the eldest, Amelia Lannom and Calista Dinkins with violent and sexual offenders. The State and its departments refuse their obligation to investigate the extortion and rape of Amelia Lannom, who professes she has no power over her father, Johnathan Jose Munoz and Amelia expresses the need to be safe with her Mother, Anna Lannom. Calista Dinkins, although very intelligent, produces elementary schoolwork, such as ‘long-addition’ and ‘people, places and things’ at the age of 14.

Mrs. Lannom fears the way that has been prepared for her daughters Calista and Amelia by deviant Keith Dinkins and his live-in girlfriend, Priscilla Rigsby. The State of Tennessee aids and abets a child rapist, Christopher “Roach” Jones, who distributes child pornography across the Nation.

The family needs protection, healing, and justice and The State of Tennessee and its

Departments dismiss responsibility. The State of Tennessee denies December 25th, 2023, to the family because it denies many holidays to The Mother and Her Children, in fact not allowing a single token visit for the family for over SEVEN MONTHS, despite The Mother’s hard work, persistence and consistency, leading to a wrongful eviction, in which Mrs. Lannom receives no assistance, leaving her to be stabbed, raped, and beaten, brutally.

The State of Tennessee does not consider her life or the lives of her children, this is clear. Evidence and Testimony prove all these things are true.

The State of Tennessee diminishes Mrs. Lannom’s life and puts her children in danger, therefore Mrs. Lannom must pursue The State. During examinations and investigations, Mrs. Lannom petitions the court for protection in Shelby County, Memphis, Tennessee, so that she may continue to express her rights to privacy and work.

The Mother asks that foster parent, Catherine Norman, be recognized as legitimate family and it’s The Mother, Mrs. Lannom and The Foster Mother, Catherine Norman who are the primary decision makers, not the State or its Departments.

The mother petitions that the father of Violet Lannom, Christopher Johnson, who is also Mrs. Lannom’s husband, be given the opportunity that the State fails to give. The Mother prays for Compensation and Restitution to the family, because of the States negligence, the

family endures cruel and unusual suffering that will take years to repair

The State of Tennessee to provide housing, job assistance and psychological and physical care and any other programs to support family longevity because The State has made no effort and this must adjust For the removal of the tarnish that has been put on Mrs. Lannom’s name and For Child Protective Services be placed on The Family case retrieving all corresponding communications and relations

That all Evidence, Testimony, Communications, and Documentation be produced, giving full transparency

That The Mother be given due process, allowing full Testimony of the rape and extortion of her daughter and of The Fathers’ abuse. The children are scared and the criminals have not been served properly.

The fathers complete anger management, parenting classes and Stewards of Children, Darkness to Light. The Mother is certified and

That the fathers be barred permanently from the malice and ill will towards The Mother, for that is no way to raise a child and for,

Gentle transitioning, reunification and cultivation of healthy bonds for The Children and The Mother, Anna Lannom

Mrs. Lannom has been denied due process and is innocent of improper treatment or dependency and neglect or any other improper parenting.

Barbara Zoccola does not counsel or represent The Children and The Mother and at this point in time Mrs. Lannom cannot afford an attorney; therefore, requests counsel be appointed however The Mother represents herself and family, also she requests a new guardian ad litem be appointed because prior examinations of the GAL were not thorough risking The Children further

The Child, Violet Lannom, born to The Mother, Anna Lannom, on January 2, 2022, and while Mrs. Lannom’s husband Christopher Johnson was unable to attend the birth of his daughter, Violet, he has been active in her life providing shelter for Violet and his wife and he provides everyday needs, and DNA establishes Christopher Johnson the Father in every way, as its purpose Neither Mr. Johnson or Mrs. Lannom surrender The State of Tennessee attempts Wrongful Termination of The Parents The Mother, Anna Lannom, demonstrates her ability to care for her children and The State does not reciprocate any effort, allowing others to continue committing heinous crimes against children

The State of Tennessee disregards Mrs. Lannom, failing to examine The Mother or her residence for drug and alcohol use or otherwise.

The State fails to examine the rape of a child and has abandoned the family.

The referral is hearsay, based on nothing factual. The facts are it was icy conditions causing The Mother to slip and it was The Mother that braced the fall, taking the impact to protect her infant, saving the Child. Violet Lannom had no scratch, bruise, bump, cuts or any other signs she had been hurt, we agree, nonetheless,

Receiving notice of all three of her children should they arrive at LeBonheur Hospital,

Mrs. Lannom was informed her one-year-old infant was given codeine against The

Mother’s wishes, The State tries to deny this clear and convincing evidence

Mrs. Lannom was drugged away from her daughter Violet and forced into The Memphis

Mental Health Institution. The Violet was removed from The Mother’s Breast at LeBonheur Hospital as security escorted The Mother out of the building, publicly shaming her twice and putting The Child through a great deal of trauma. The child was ready to be released, reaching for Her Mother.

MMHI has no diagnoses as there is nothing wrong with Mrs. Lannom’s mental capacity and

She is healthy but this is a crisis and there is something wrong with others’ perception of

a distraught Mother. Also, The State has not submitted years of proof provided by The

Mother, showing maintenance of mental and physical health. Mrs. Lannom, maintains sobriety.

The Mother did not and does not have an order of protection put on The Father, Mrs. Lannom’s Husband, Christopher Johnson and until The State’s removal of The Child, he had been active and consistent with Violet and The State Continues to deny The Parents, leaving them helpless and with no choice.

Anthony Correa is of no importance to The Children and The Mother, though he can Testify

The Father and Mother resided together, and Violet was enrolled in daycare attending

properly and

Anyone can access The Mother’s relatives as ‘Lannom’ is a well-established name in the

community because of Her Father’s work, giving more proof to the fact that The State of

Tennessee is careless.

Violet Lannom is not a Victim of Her Father and Mother, the two love The Children immensely

and the three-daughters are well –cared for by Mrs. Lannom and it’s the State that neglects

these facts endangering the entire family, obviously by keeping the children for more than a year,

despite The Mother’s persistence and willingness to remedy the conditions in which she

exceeds the demands of the court(s) and exceeds the basic needs of her daughters, by far,

creating most loving attachments with each of them. The children express fear of their father(s)

Yet always expressing that The Mother be their voice and The State does not listen or show concern.

Mrs. Lannom forms significant relationships and The State of Tennessee divides persons from

one another, not addressing The Children, acting out of conduct, rendering the family and

causing them detriment, consistently with no effective communication or urgency regarding

important lives.

The Mother, Anna Marie Lannom, prays for decree, forever establishing her rights,

responsibilities and honored obligation as a wonderful Mother to Calista Dinkins, Amelia

Lannom and Violet Lannom with co-parent Catherine Norman, as they are the guardians,

removing termination from the plan and removing The State in the matters without denying

The Parents due process as it was denied in previous proceeding that have wrongfully titled

Mrs. Lannom and that the blemishes disappear, because she is worthy to Mother and The

Children are worthy of their Mother. Mrs. Lannom prays for The Father’s asking that Mr.

Johnson, Mr. Munoz and Mr. Dinkins complete anger management classes to be certified upon

completion. Mrs. Lannom prays The Father’s abstain from any further abuse or negative

remarks, those are not the way to raise a child but with love and positivity one may raise a child

and The Mother prays for compensation and restitution and healing beginning with a

substantial contribution to The Little Warriors Foundation, Mrs. Lannom’s anticipated non-

profit organization stopping crimes against children and helping families recover.
