The Declaration of The Mother
Declaration of The Mother, Anna Lannom
My context and position on these very important matters should make my meaning clear. Rules
that regulate The States power and privilege have been withdrawn. The State of Tennessee and
its absurd enterprise fails my family CONTINUOUSLY, threatening our life of liberty and
subjecting my daughters and myself to dangerous environments.
If my family is so wonderfully free, why do I find myself and my children in a terrible
predicament endangering our lives?
Certain personal or socially disapproved behaviors, especially when they eventuate in bodily
harm, are classified as disease. Then what is The State for separating a happy healthy family
allowing The Mother to be STABBED, RAPED and BEATEN? What is The State for not allowing a
token visit for over seven months, due to being short staffed, harming the children
psychologically and emotionally? The State is sick.
The State steadily reinforces fear, manifesting disease and disorder. My family is directly affected
by trafficking and The State shuns me, The Mother, when I plea for assistance causing my
children and I great distress. The disorder is not in me, The disorder is in The State.
The criteria for determining what constitutes termination is non-existent. The department
ascribes what they call a parenting plan to coercively control, a grand disadvantage to my
family. As a taxpayer and upstanding citizen, The State and its agents work for me The Mother,
yet it neglects its obligation to protect my family. The Department conducts irrationally and
irresponsibly classifying it an insane morbid process which makes no effort to reform. These
things are realities.
My daughter was kidnapped and raped and The State aids and abets a pedophile, allowing him
to continue harming children and distributing child pornography from Tennessee to California, a
monumental error. The criminals accuse me maliciously and The State wrongfully persecutes
me, The Mother, endangering my children and many others. As an honest, loving individual, I
am perplexed and tormented by the false claims of The State and its agents who get paid to
protect the interest of my children and I, but instead dare to terminate our life.
My daughters have been violated in the vilest way and The State of Tennessee refuses my
countless reports seeking justice. The State claims I am ‘mental’ although ongoing clinical
evidence show I am healthy and experts recommend reunification and quote “as soon as
possible”.
A good deal of what passes through the department is fundamentally fraudulent and admittedly
deceptive. My children and I will not fall victim any longer. There is no merit in arguing the facts
but there is a good deal of merit in being clear and honest about the consequences of The
States neglect and endangerment. The State of Tennessee must pay for its aberrations. I come
to the courts today praying for resolve, safety as stated in my petition and any other remedy
that is necessary, without further ado, on this 6th Day of May,
2025.
Amen,
Anna M. Lannom
