Fogo de Chão Eyes Second Miami Beach Location on Lincoln Road
The popular Brazilian steakhouse chain Fogo de Chão is making moves to expand its Miami Beach presence with a new location planned for 1212 Lincoln Road.
The restaurant group has signed a 15-year lease for the space, which also includes 1628-1634 Alton Road, and is currently awaiting city design approval for signage and a new canopy. While no opening date has been announced, the project is actively working through the approval process.

This would mark Fogo de Chão's second Miami Beach outpost, joining their well-established South of Fifth location at 836 First St., which has become a go-to destination for authentic Brazilian dining.

What Diners Can Expect
For those unfamiliar with the Fogo de Chão experience, the restaurant offers traditional churrasco-style dining where gaucho chefs carve premium cuts of fire-roasted meats—including their signature Picanha, Filet Mignon, lamb, and chicken—tableside.
The experience also features an expansive Market Table loaded with gourmet salads, imported cheeses, cured meats, and Brazilian staples like their famous Pão de Queijo (cheese bread). An award-winning wine list and indulgent dessert menu round out the offerings.
Why Lincoln Road?
The bustling pedestrian promenade has seen renewed investment in recent years, and Fogo de Chão's arrival would add another heavyweight name to the dining scene. Stay tuned for updates as the project moves through city approvals.
