Indian Land, SC—The Indian Land Warriors look to build on the momentum of their victory last Friday against the Butler Bulldogs. Indian Land quarterback Matt Kucia threw for 200 yards and three touchdowns, and overcame an early interception to lead his team on a 49-7 scoring run.

Junior receiver Kenneth Wilson III continued his strong play receiving and returning kicks. Wilson caught a 28 yard touchdown pass from Kucia, and returned a kickoff 65 yards to set up another score. Wilson finished with 4-94 receiving Sophomore receiver Maxwell Curry caught passes for scores of 46 and 41 yards. Curry led Indian Land with 3-96 receiving.

The Crusaders need to slow down Indian Land’s special teams if they want to remain undefeated. The Warriors return units set up their offense with great field position the entire first half. Indian Land started just one drive in the first two quarters in their own territory.

Indian Land faces a very stingy Trinity Christian defense. Trinity Christian outscored their opponents 106-15 through the first three games. Baganley and Mohamed Donzo lead the team with eight and six sacks respectively.

Athlete Perry Moore Jr leads the Crusaders in receiving yards and touchdowns with six. He also averages 55 yards a kick return.

Jackson Conner leads the Warriors defense with nearly nine tackles a game.Ty Fallecker averages eight tackles a game.

The Warriors, ranked sixth in 4A in South Carolina, face a stiff home test before Region 3-4A play begins. Gametime is at 7:30 on Friday September 11.
