The Cervieri Monsuárez law firm will open its new headquarters at stop 11 of La Brava in December, in a 1,300 m² space with a 4,500 m² park. The opening is part of the growth of the firm in Uruguay and its regional expansion strategy.

In an interview with local media, Pablo Monsuárez, partner at Cervieri Monsuárez, explained that the arrival responds to the continuity of the studio's growth, both within the country and abroad. “What it implies is the continuity of the expansion process of the study, not only at the level of Uruguay, but also abroad,” said Monsuárez.

In that sense, he explained that the location was chosen due to the growth it had in recent years and its projection. “It is one of the areas of Uruguay with the greatest growth and with truly enormous potential,” he said.

The new office will be located at stop 11 of La Brava, one block from the sea. The space will operate in a 1,300 m² building and a 4,500 m² park. Likewise, the opening is scheduled for December of this year, with the aim that the headquarters can begin operating before the next summer season.

The project seeks to preserve part of the architectural identity of the existing building, while incorporating an interior renovation. "It is a building from the 70s and the idea is to maintain the period design. We want to preserve the exterior, revitalize it and enhance it, because it also has important architectural value," he explained.

To design the space, the firm once again called on professionals who already worked in the Carrasco office. The interior design will be carried out by Hassen Balut while the landscaping will be developed by the Bulla studio, from Buenos Aires. “The idea is that the client who enters any of the Cervieri Monsuárez offices can identify that they are at Cervieri Monsuárez,” he said.
