A new dining destination has arrived in South Beach. SILK officially opened its doors on Lenox Avenue, introducing Miami Beach to its unique Itameshi concept—a bold fusion of Japanese precision and Italian flair.

Executive Chef Alessandro Baldu leads the culinary program, which centers on A5 Wagyu, robata-grilled specialties, and creative rolls like the signature Pietro Roll. The 6,000-square-foot space is designed to evolve throughout the evening, transitioning from upscale steakhouse to sushi counter to late-night lounge.

Weekend visitors can expect rotating live music and DJ sets, while the bar program features showstopper cocktails including the caviar-topped Silk Martini.

For South Beach diners seeking something beyond the typical steakhouse experience, SILK aims to deliver dinner and a night out in one stylish package.
