The Marriott Isla Verde Beach Resort has completed a sweeping $38 million renovation, marking one of the largest hospitality investments in the Isla Verde area in recent years.

The multi-phase project touched nearly every corner of the property, from guest rooms and suites to public spaces, dining venues, and the resort's oceanfront pool deck. Hotel officials say the upgrades were designed to modernize the guest experience while preserving the property's signature beachfront setting along San Juan's coastline.

Newly renovated guest rooms now feature updated furnishings, upgraded technology, and refreshed color palettes inspired by Puerto Rico's coastal landscape. The resort's lobby and common areas were also redesigned to create a more open, contemporary feel, with new lounge seating and locally inspired artwork throughout.

On the dining front, the resort added and refreshed several food and beverage outlets, giving guests more options for casual and upscale dining without leaving the property. The pool area and outdoor event spaces were also reimagined, a move officials say will help attract more conferences, weddings, and group gatherings to the resort.
