Supper Club Proposed for Iconic Lincoln Road Building, Former Banana Republic Location
A new supper club could soon breathe life into one of Lincoln Road's most prominent vacant storefronts. Developers have submitted an application to transform the former Banana Republic space into an upscale dining and entertainment destination.
The historic building, originally constructed as a bank, has sat empty for several years despite its prime location in the heart of South Beach's famous pedestrian promenade. The proposed supper club concept would bring a blend of fine dining and live entertainment to the space.

The application is currently under review by Miami Beach city officials. If approved, the venue would join Lincoln Road's mix of restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions that draw both locals and tourists to the iconic outdoor mall.
