First Month Of Tragedies

Personal experience here but, no where is safe apparently because the first month i moved into my neighborhood my car got jacked. I saw people yelling and shooting guns/gel blaster out the roof of a car at night while it was swerving and had people chasing after it! I dont know what could of possibly happened for that situation to had happened but, ever since for some reason i haven't seen of these people. Either they got arrested or for some reason the first month was some sort of inside joke propaganda to leave a soon as possible.
