New Culinary Hotspot Opens at The Hemingway in Downtown Eagle
Downtown Eagle is officially becoming a premier destination for food-and-drink enthusiasts as the Hemingway building, located at 55 E. State St., continues to fill out its roster of exciting tenants.
Following a successful series of preview events, the regional fast-casual favorite Vessel Kitchen is set to celebrate the grand opening of its first Idaho location this Thursday. Occupying the ground level of the development, the restaurant aims to bring its health-conscious, chef-driven menu to the local community.
This opening marks another milestone for the mixed-use project, which has been steadily gaining momentum since the April launch of the Siren Song Wines’ Winemaker’s Loft and Bistro. Located on the third floor of the building at the corner of Eagle Road, the wine bar has already established a refined atmosphere that complements the vibrancy of downtown Eagle. With these new additions, the Hemingway is quickly cementing its status as a cornerstone for local social and culinary activity.
