Resources required to cater for the needy sleeping on streets in masvingo

A quite number of orphans, disabled and needy ones are trying so hard to make ends meet , though they can not meet their budgets due to lack of funds. A lot of young children are sleeping on the ground without warm clothes which could also cause rapid spread of flue. In my community l have met so many helpless people ending the whole day eating food from the bins that are dirt which would also contribute to cholera which would not only affect the needy ones but together with those who afford.
