New Book Celebrates Punta del Este's History, Art and More

A new book celebrating a wide range of cultural themes in Punta del Este is slated to debut on July 1, 2026. Titled: “Punta del Este: Experiencias que Enamoran” the work covers the landscapes, gastronomy, culture, history, and more surrounding the Punta del Este area.
Written by Faustina Martínez Barbieri, the debut is set to be held for the public at the Benito Stern Hall, in downtown Punta del Este. In addition to the book's launch, the event will feature an art exhibition by artists Karina Carrara and Romina Rocca.
Designed to promote Punta del Este and the surrounding area, the new book and event showcase a cultural mecca in the Southern Cone of South America.
