"Bad Counselors" REVIEW

Frat party guys Grayson and Howard are in over their heads. When they face expulsion from college they are given the opportunity of 120 hours of community service but how are they to do that with just one spring break week. After stumbling unwillingly into a random church worship night they are given the idea. How about posing as Christian camp counselors? Only one problem, they are far from Christian types. Or are they?

It’s a fast paced comedy of what opportunity can be turned into a God thing and ultimately change life’s even if those lives are trying to be changed.

Bad Counselors stars Zombie star Matt Cornet as well as The Rookie’s Richard T. jones in the life changing roles as they ultimately excel in the frat bad boys trying to charade as Christians. Very powerful performances for what is ultimately a very low budget film. Additional the film stars Missi Pyle, Chris Kline, Brec Bassinger and Pierce Bode all of who add to both the comedy as well as drama of what makes camp movies all that more enjoyable. It’ll instantly remind you of what is truly important for a camp experience to be equally powerful to everyone involved and the actors do a spectacular job of recreating that kind of special moment for everyone.

Bad Counselors is the type of movie that is best for the whole family especially in the middle of a summer blockbuster. It came out in theaters July 24th in a very limited 5 day run and is being endorsed by Angel Studios. see it for good clean comedy fun that will have you tearing up at the end of the heart wrenching movie. You truly won’t regret it. Trust me.
