Torres del Este Moves Forward in Punta del Este, Mansa Tower Open

The Torres del Este development just delivered its first tower (Mansa) and is moving forward with the opening of Tower Brava, scheduled for next year. The Córdoba-based developer behind the project, The Forest Tower is also looking for new projects in Punta del Este.

Grupo The Forest Tower is advancing in Punta del Este with more than $80 million USD invested. Its prime location near Parada 5 is attractive to investors.

“We are pleasantly surprised because our market is no longer just people from Córdoba, but the entire Argentine market is buying, and the Uruguayan market also started buying two or three years ago,” Ignacio Galloppa, the developer behind the project, commented to local media.

After completing the delivery of apartments in the first tower of Torres del Este in April, the company is accelerating construction on the second phase. It's also looking for other opportunities in the area.

“It’s difficult to find a resort like Punta del Este anywhere in the world,” Galloppa concluded.
