Three-Car Accident Snarls Traffic at Dublin Rd & Fishinger Rd

A three-car accident temporarily snarled eastbound traffic at the intersection of Dublin Road and Fishinger Road, just east of Mill Run, during what became a frustrating stretch for area commuters.
