Sales Launch at Delano Residences & Hotel Miami, a 90-Story Supertall Tower Coming to Downtown
Hospitality giant Ennismore and developer PMG have officially launched sales at Delano Residences & Hotel Miami — a soaring 90-story supertall tower set to transform downtown Miami's skyline along Biscayne Boulevard, just steps from the highly anticipated Waldorf-Astoria Hotel & Residences.
Marking the first-ever Delano-branded residences in Miami, the project will offer 421 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom layouts, with prices starting at $800,000. PMG Residential is leading sales efforts, which kicked off last week.

Designed by celebrated conceptual artist Carlos Ott in collaboration with architectural firm CUBE 3, the tower is positioned as a landmark addition to Miami's rapidly evolving downtown core.
A New Standard for Vertical Living

"The launch of Delano's first branded residences marks a defining moment for the brand, extending its legacy of authentic hospitality, cultural relevance and exceptional design into the residential experience," said Phil Zrihen, Deputy Group CEO of Ennismore. "Miami has always been central to Delano's evolution, and there is no place better suited to translate the brand's ethos, creative energy and emphasis on human connection into everyday living."
The tower's amenity package is equally ambitious. Residents will enjoy Miami's first-ever observation deck — a dramatic cantilevered glass floor suspended 850 feet above the city — along with an 800-foot-high Sky Pool, a full-service fitness center and spa, and multiple dining venues. Those include Cafe Delano, an all-day signature restaurant, a sky restaurant, and the Rose Bar — a reimagining of the beloved venue at the historic Delano Miami Beach hotel, which is slated to reopen later this year.
Rooted in Miami's Cultural Legacy

For PMG Managing Partner Ryan Shear, the project carries personal significance.
"For decades, Delano has been one of the most influential brands in shaping Miami's identity," Shear said. "As someone born and raised here, I've seen firsthand the cultural impact it created — from its iconic MiMo roots to Philippe Starck's whimsical design and the high-profile nightlife that helped define Miami on a global stage."
Interiors Designed for Resort-Style Living
All residences will feature interiors by Meyer Davis, complete with Italkraft custom kitchen cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and Waterworks bathroom fixtures. Select units will also include a rare offering: deeded, glass-encased, fully furnished private office suites.
"This property is conceived as a vertical resort, layered laterally, where each ascent introduces a new environment," said Meyer Davis Co-Founder Will Meyer. "Filtered light, sculptural circulation and layered landscapes blur interior and exterior, creating a cocoon of energy and calmness that unfolds intuitively, inviting guests to move seamlessly through atmosphere, texture and experience."
With supertall towers redefining Miami's skyline at a rapid pace, Delano Residences & Hotel Miami adds another chapter to the city's ongoing transformation into a world-class urban destination.
