Recipe for making Lahori Green Masala Meat
Ingredients:
1 Meat (boiled) 1 kg
2 Yogurt 3/4 cup
3 Cream 1/2 cup
4 Salt according to taste
5 Coriander seeds 1/2 tablespoon (roast and coat)
6 Cumin seeds (roast and coat) 1/2 tablespoon
7 Garlic cloves (chopped) 8 pcs
8 Ginger (chopped) 1 inch piece
9 Green chillies (chopped) 10 pcs
10 Green coriander (chopped) 1 bunch
11 Oil 3/4 cup
12 Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Instructions for Preparing Recipe:
1 Heat the oil in a pan.
2 Add onion to it and fry it till the onion becomes soft.
3 Add meat, garlic, ginger, coriander, curd and salt to the onion and fry it and add
1/2 cup water. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
4 Add crushed cumin seeds, coriander, green chillies and cream to it and mix.
5 Take it out in a serving dish and start with taftan.
