The Paley Museum
The Paley Center for Media is a nonprofit organization that operates The Paley Museum in New York City — a cultural institution that has earned The City's Best designation for both "Best Museum" and "Best Children's Party Place" for three consecutive years. Through its thoughtfully curated programming, the Paley Center leads meaningful conversations about the cultural, creative, and social significance of media, drawing on deep curatorial expertise, an expansive international collection, and close relationships with the media industry.
Beyond its award-winning museum experience, the Paley Center brings world-class events to audiences in both New York and Los Angeles, making its programming accessible to communities on both coasts. Members of the public are also invited to explore The Paley Archive — a remarkable repository of media history — available at The Paley Museum in New York and at the Beverly Hills Public Library in California.

Originally founded in 1975 by William S. Paley, a pioneering innovator in the broadcasting industry, the organization was formerly known as The Museum of Television & Radio before rebranding as the Paley Center for Media. Decades later, it continues to honor that founding vision by preserving the past, engaging the present, and shaping the future of media culture for generations to come.
