First month of Tragedies

So the first month i moved into my safe neighborhood we had actually ended up getting our car unknowingly hijacked and had thing get stolen from us. On top of what happened to our card, the first month specifically during the night we saw two people from the ROOF of a car hood driving and swerving around blasting their guns and several people CHASING the car on foot with no cover. I had never questioned anything more in my life than that moment but i never seen of these people ever again? Like it seems like the first month was some sort of secret propaganda conspiracy against me to just take a hint and leave.
