"Ready to Part: The Anclote Sharks prepare for graduation to make their exit at USF on Tuesday, June 9, 2026
“When you’re a “Light in the Dark,” are you waiting to see the Anclote Sharks; ready to cross the
stage to receive their high school degree, on Tuesday, June 9, 2026? A moment that should not
be missed at USF’s Yuengling Arena, at 12499 USF Bull Run Drive, in Tampa at 8 pm. Instead
of being, “The Same as Them,” many of the students are focused on their differences: while
getting a head start and making their mark, with praise and honor for GPA’s that are more than a
passing phase; as they prepare to embark on a new, worldly perception, established through
their education. It is through each achievement, that the students and graduating “Class of
2026,” will stand above the rest.”
“Paying special recognition to some of Anclote High School’s very best students including: this
year’s Valedictorian and Salutatorian, also at Cambridge; graduates entering the armed forces; and
those who have earned an AA during their studies.”
“Steading the course, and moving on towards the stage will begin, with each step and verse that
may take a little more, than learning to survive, with Facebook Live ,"
And why getting your feet wet, and taking a dive may be a valuable lesson, from principal, Ms.
Vanessa Moon for the students, who will leave in succession. With a little advice on using your
best talents and expression, no matter which direction her students choose to go to succeed in
following their dreams in today’s reality.”
“Be proud of the work that you do! “ said Ms. Moon. “There is a quote, "Whatever you
are, be a good one.’ Strive to be the best version of yourself, and take pride in what
your service brings to your organization or community.”
“We all know that when it’s time to “Let it Go,” what we choose to keep under our hat will
prepare each student, fair and square, for the knowledge that is truly there, in fact; as each
graduate tosses their cap into the crowd, without fear of the next chapter that just may be there
waiting to be found, and without a sound.”
“Don’t be afraid to put in the hard work, while in college.” said Ms. Moon. “It pays off. Once you
have earned your diploma, you will have it for the rest of your life! A Great investment, (especially when
you get to be the one who decides, who will sign the dedication and the Rights.)”
