"One Night Only" REVIEW
In a very fictionalized New York City, there is a government mandated law that controls unwed individuals from premarital sex any night but one and when that night does come, it's ultimately a sex purge for all. For Allie, she is tired of the aimless night of mindless sex as she long for something more. Meanwhile broken hearted Owen just wants the night to end after being turned away from his long time girl friend who he was planning on spontaneously proposing to on that very night. Now on that night, the two star crossed lovers find themselves magically drawn together as if by fate and no matter how much they try to resist, destiny has a unique way of pulling them together. The question is will this be love or lust as everyone pines for that one great moment.
At an hour 42 minute run time, One Night Only is surprising a heart felt drama with few key moments that will have the audiences laughing at the crude humor of peoples desperate moment to have that one night of pleasure. The film stars Top Gun star Monica Barbaro and Eternity's Callum Turner who each bring their own sense of humor and wit to a fun filled romantic comedy. Additionally the film brings legendary rom com star Molly Ringwald back to the scene in much more than just a cameo as she has a stunning way of enhancing the story with her nostalgic acting to a modern day audience.

Finally the film brings Song Sung Blue's King Princess as costar companion next to Barbaro of equally adds a unique and slight raunchy take to the story.
That being said, with an R rating "One Night Only" may not be appropriate for younger audiences especially with the very open dialogue of sex combined with the physical showing a various people in the very act. That being said, the producers were slightly discrete while there are many moments, the nudity in moderation with very few completely nude moments. Everything that is shown is in an acceptable matter that if a child is subjected, it wouldn't be a complete disappointment, though it still isn't recommended.
One Night Only came out in theaters August 7 and is currently playing in one near you. See you for a fun rom com adventure with your girlfriends or even a fun date night. You won't regret it.
