Getting Into Indie Because Indie Is In!

At the South West Comic Book and Creator Showcase on Sunday, artists, Zach Howard, Chris Shehan, Ryan Quackenbush and Kraig Rasmussen discussed indie comics and the state of the industry. During their discussion they touched on subjects like how to transition from bootstrapping as a self-publisher into building relationships with small press and independent publishers. They also discussed how manga is beating western comics, why Marvel and DC may be to blame and how indie books are the ones standing out. Check out the video for the full panel.
