The boutique property, located at 1771 Purdy Ave in Miami Beach's sought-after Sunset Harbour neighborhood, will feature three fully furnished luxury rental units when it opens its doors on January 26th.

Rental rates start at $15,000 per month, targeting discerning tenants seeking upscale accommodations in one of South Beach's most desirable waterfront communities.
