Two Cleveland Teens Injured in Broadway Avenue Shooting

Two teenagers were hospitalized following a shooting Tuesday afternoon in Cleveland, authorities confirmed.

Officers from the Cleveland Police Department's Third District were dispatched shortly after 12:30 p.m.

to the 5700 block of Broadway Avenue after receiving reports of a shooting involving two individuals.

Upon arriving at the scene, officers located a 16-year-old male and a 17-year-old male, both of whom had sustained gunshot wounds.

According to police, the two teens were present in the area when an unidentified suspect opened fire. The circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation.

No additional information regarding a suspect has been released at this time.
