Toddler Gets Stuck in Claw Machine
WEBSTER GROVES, Mo. – An extraordinary scene unfolded Saturday night at the Vetta Sports Soccerdome on East Avenue, where a curious two-year-old found himself trapped inside a claw machine.
Cooper King was at the facility with his family, watching his older brother play soccer, when the incident occurred. According to his mother Megan, she looked away for just 15 seconds before hearing someone shout "Cooper!" and point frantically toward the arcade game.

"I couldn't believe what I was seeing," Megan said.

The toddler remained stuck inside the prize-filled machine for approximately 20 minutes. Despite the unusual predicament, family members said Cooper appeared remarkably calm throughout the ordeal.
Webster Groves police and firefighters responded to the scene, but ultimately it was a service technician who freed the adventurous youngster – simply using a key to unlock the machine.
The incident serves as a reminder to parents about the lightning-fast speed at which toddlers can find themselves in unexpected situations. Cooper was unharmed and reportedly doing well following his brief arcade adventure.
