Two of watchmaking's most iconic names have joined forces in a collaboration that defies convention. Audemars Piguet and Swatch have unveiled the Royal Pop — a vibrant, multi-wear pocket watch collection that fuses the irreverence of Pop Art with the precision of haute horlogerie.

Available in eight striking models, the Royal Pop reimagines the legendary Royal Oak's iconic design codes through a format that breaks free from the wrist entirely. Each piece can be worn around the neck, tucked in a pocket, clipped as a bag charm, or carried as a statement accessory — accompanied by a high-quality calfskin lanyard with contrast stitching that strikes the perfect balance between playful and refined.

At the heart of the collection is Swatch's groundbreaking SISTEM51 movement, debuted here in an all-new hand-wound configuration that incorporates 15 active patents. The movement delivers an impressive 90+ hours of power reserve, an anti-magnetic Nivachron™️ balance spring, and laser-based precision adjustment carried out directly on the factory floor — a remarkable feat of accessible engineering.

Visually, the Royal Pop stays true to its Royal Oak heritage. The collection retains the iconic "Petite Tapisserie" dial pattern, the bold octagonal bezel, and its signature eight hexagonal screws. A vertical satin finish on the bezel and case back lends the piece a distinctly contemporary edge, while Super-LumiNova® Grade A on the hands and hour markers ensures legibility long after dark. Both the front and back of the case are fitted with sapphire crystals, offering a clear view of the craftsmanship within.
