The Midnight Bookseller, a new local small, independent bookstore, at 116B North St., opens this Saturday 11AM until 7PM for the public! Stop on by for some specialty dark arts, fantasy, and witchcraft cult classics about history in Salem, too, with a local selection on these themes. Ribbon cutting, author readings and signings, possibly, and other in-store elements will all be part of a weekend-long series of a first opening weekend welcoming schedule. A grand opening is scheduled for July 24, after this initial soft opening. “This gives us time to welcome customers, fine tune our operations, learn what works best in our space, and make sure we’re providing the best possible experience before our official grand opening,” said a press release available before today’s weekend kickoff.
