Bentley Residences Tower Rises in Sunny Isles Beach as Construction Moves Forward
SUNNY ISLES BEACH, Fla. — Construction is well underway on Bentley Residences, the world's first Bentley-branded residential skyscraper, set to redefine luxury living along the sun-drenched coastline of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.
The 62-story oceanfront tower, located at 18401 Collins Avenue, is being developed by Dezer Development, the Miami-based real estate firm led by Gil Dezer, known for a portfolio of high-profile branded residences including the Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani/Casa. The project marks the prestigious British automaker Bentley Motors' first foray into the residential real estate market.

The architectural design is helmed by Sieger Suarez Architects, a South Florida firm with decades of experience in luxury high-rise design. The interiors carry the unmistakable Bentley aesthetic — hand-crafted detailing, rich materials, and a design language that mirrors the brand's iconic automobiles.

Among the tower's most talked-about features is the "Dezervator," a patented car elevator system that allows residents to park their vehicles — including their Bentleys — directly on their private floors, bringing a new meaning to the concept of a personal garage.
The tower will house 216 ultra-luxury residences, with units ranging from approximately 3,500 to over 6,500 square feet. Amenities are expected to include a private beach club, multiple pools, a full-service spa, a sky lounge, and a dedicated Bentley suite for resident use.
Construction is projected to be completed in 2028, with many units already reported as sold at prices reaching tens of millions of dollars. The development continues Sunny Isles Beach's emergence as one of South Florida's most coveted addresses for branded luxury residences.
