Grapevine, Texas - The Brisket Rules restaurant loaded wedges were irresistibly filling and perfectly crispy. Topped generously with tender brisket, creamy queso, fresh pico, cilantro, crispy bacon, smoky BBQ, zesty ancho lime sauce, and green onion, they were a flavor explosion. Although the ancho lime sauce wasn't served on the side as I had requested, I appreciated the bold sauce choice—it would have been too dry otherwise. The entrée was reasonably priced and so delicious I would gladly order it again. Plus, it was brought out promptly, making for an enjoyable dining experience.
