Tetr University is accredited and offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in entrepreneurship, management, and technology. It started with High School. 30 day Boot Camps of internship with Entrepreneurs around the world. Team building and Team work are core to the development. Problem solving and service to communities and each student launches multiple start-up ventures in 7 countries, that they retain long into and after graduation.

Meanwhile in Town and Country America there is a need for ALL generational strategy and planning for Main Street America and what it could be. In Colorado, the chapter of the Leadon Family Foundation is creating within the opportunities to launching and landing well. What will become a canvas for community, recreation, education, arts and media, travel and transportation and most of all entrepreneurial pursuit. What is happening at Tetr is the model to sustain, maintain, and retain the good fruit orchards through Human Resources.

Mentor Academy Innovation Network. A town official in a Mountain town I serve, said after a meeting that "nobody wants the changes you want to bring." After graduation, local students pursue college and career in bigger cities. Challenges that Colorado faces need entrepreneurial solutions from all generations. The MAIN idea is to build a system of entrepreneurship and innovation from mentors to young entrepreneurs for the future of our community, recreation, education, arts and media, travel and transportation and entrepreneurship.

CREATE Daily and the Colorado Chapter of the Leadon Family Foundation is a think and do tank that invests and reinvests in educational pursuits for all. Chapters are being started in all 50 states.
