The Nice Guy, the celebrated restaurant and lounge concept that made its name in Los Angeles, is heading to Miami Beach — and it's taking over one of South Beach's most storied addresses.

The new venue will open at the corner of Lincoln Road and Michigan Avenue, stepping into the former Hofbräu Beerhall space that has sat vacant for nearly a decade. Once a popular gathering spot for locals and visitors alike, the long-empty storefront is set to get a new lease on life with The Nice Guy's signature blend of upscale dining and vibrant nightlife.

Known in LA for its intimate atmosphere, celebrity clientele, and a menu that balances Italian-American classics with craft cocktails, The Nice Guy promises to bring that same energy to one of Miami Beach's most trafficked corridors.

The arrival is welcome news for Lincoln Road, which has seen its share of vacancies in recent years. Neighbors and business owners are hopeful the new concept will help energize foot traffic along the iconic pedestrian stretch.

No official opening date has been announced yet, but anticipation is already building in the neighborhood.
