South Miami welcomed a new dining destination this week with the grand opening of Tokyo Tuna, a modern Japanese restaurant featuring an innovative sushi river concept.

The restaurant, located in the heart of South Miami, offers diners a unique experience where fresh sushi and sashimi selections travel along a flowing river that winds through the dining room. Guests can select their favorites directly from the stream or order custom rolls from the chef.
