Dunkin' Opens New Location at Mill Run, Replacing Former Steak 'n Shake

Coffee and donut lovers in Hilliard have a new reason to celebrate — Dunkin' has officially opened its doors at Mill Run, taking over the space previously occupied by the longtime Steak 'n Shake restaurant.

The new location, situated in the Mill Run shopping and dining corridor along Hilliard Rome Road, brings one of the nation's most recognizable quick-service chains to a spot that had sat vacant since the Steak 'n Shake closure. The transition marks yet another shift in the evolving retail landscape of the popular west Columbus suburb.

The Hilliard Dunkin' offers the brand's full menu of hot and iced coffees, espresso drinks, teas, donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and snacks — with drive-thru service available for customers on the go.

Dunkin' has been expanding aggressively across central Ohio in recent years, and the Mill Run opening adds to that growing footprint. The brand, which dropped "Donuts" from its official name in 2019 to reflect its broader beverage-forward identity, continues to be a popular destination for morning commuters and afternoon pick-me-ups alike.
