CREATE The Entrepreneurial Economy
In 2026, there is significant research that suggests Colorado is becoming an entrepreneurial economy. This is indicated by the jobs report that in our region, 2 of 3 adults plan to start a new business or gig, creating an "invisible" entrepreneurship economy. CREATE Cafe is a portable membership presentation source that encourages a Think and Act Group of Leadership teams to participate in discussions of challenges that face our communities, leading to planning and action through thoughtful and purposeful action by training and mentoring the next generation of entrepreneurs. Through the Colorado Chapter of the Leadon Family Foundation, we are raising awareness, funds, and members in 7 key regions in areas of Community, Recreation, Education, Arts/Media, Travel/Transportation, and Entrepreneurship. With membership dues of $12 a month, $10 goes to projects that relate to business/organization/innovation start-ups and business planning.
When Side Hustle Becomes the Main Deal
I have been in Media/Arts and idea generation through networks since I was a child actor! Through Ana-Digital Technology, my not-for-profit association has preserved and protected recordings, broadcasts, and media, and stored the original media in climate-controlled storage units and at the University of Colorado. We began an internet broadcasting feed of the content and, through broadcasts, podcasts, external hard drives, and cloud storage, index a media library. We are also training students at the Sound Century Academy of Recording Arts and Broadcasting in Lamar, Colorado, and are expanding our digitization to scanning for home, business, and community scrapbooks, photos, journals, and documents.
RAB-BITS and Media Pieces
My studio and production skills, as well as creative skills, produce advertising and public service announcements for our syndicated shows. Our media feeds community and commercial broadcasters and digital podcasting through our media network. Richard Arnold Beattie and Company is helping to make our local economy reliant on entrepreneurship, arts, and teaching skills throughout the state. CREATE Cafes are where we are developing sensory-stimulus and interactive presentations through stories and songs, art and photographs, café aroma and tastes, and hands-on demonstration and sampling.
