July 27 to July 31 the local Salem YMCA stage at 1 Sewall St., will house an Improve & Sketch Comedy production. Participation open to ages 8 - 13. The event runs 9AM until 4PM.

Salem Mayor Dominick Pangallo said the affordable ride, available by app in Salem and to the Liberty Tree Mall, in Danvers, Salem Skipper ride service could continue past an already extended funding focus to operate to September. The affordable ride service costs a couple of dollars to rides from Salem to places also in Salem, with exception of the mall.
