And today, we're gonna talk boxing.0:16Today, I wanna shout out the boxing world and shout out to boxing world to say that Where we were.0:26COVID So now boxing is amazing right now.0:30There's many new I wanna say They give me some type of leagues.0:35You got Dodson, you got Zufa, PBC.0:40You got many more and boxing is really starting to create a, a league for itself a little bit and I, I'm loving what I'm seeing when it0:49comes to boxing. Um, first thing I wanna talk about is Shaco Stevenson.0:54Shaco Stevenson, hands down to me, is pound for pound, the best boxer in the world.1:00And I say that to say.1:04The name of the game is hit and not get hit, and I feel like right now, Shakur Stevenson is the best in that.1:11And I don't see anybody dethroning him from 130 to 147, if I'm being truthful with you.1:18Um, time and time again, you hear people saying Shakur is ducking, but Shakur's always looking for the best talent.1:25They're always looking for the, the, the best of the best, and he wants to fight them, and there's times where those same fighters that you are, you1:34guys are saying that they're the best, they don't wanna fight them, they don't want to sign the contract.1:39And it's time to really say, it's time to really look at the facts.1:44Shakur might be the most feared boxer in the world currently right now, right?1:51And I know a lot of people are gonna have, gonna be like, what, what is this guy talking about?1:55Um, how can you say that when there's tanking in his division, Devin Haney, um, Ryan Garcia.2:02Um, these are all big names, but I just don't believe that you put Shakur and whoever.2:15You think could beat him in a ring and I don't think they beat him.2:20I don't, I just don't think, and when you go back to The fights that were just made for, you know, Fishercore, right?2:31You look at In 2026, he had a great year.2:36You look at the Zepeda fight, you look at the Teo fight, right?2:41Those were two fights where it was like.2:45Zepeda was 30-0 with about 28 knockouts.2:49Right. Hear me out on this, right.2:52I think Zepeda in 135 was arguably the best fighter besides Shakur, and that matchup between them showed a3:04lot in that division. It showed Shakur doesn't just have to Use distance even though that's a trait that many people don't know, many boxers3:16don't know their distance. They don't know what distance is and Shakur has mastered it, but he showed that fight that he didn't need to Show3:28his distance, he could go slug for slug with one of the best fighters in 135, if not the best fighter in 135.3:36And they were going at it.3:38They were going at it and it showed Shakur Stevenson's side of the box and it showed that he was a, uh, uh, he is a power puncher3:48that he could Hit people and showed that he's not gonna duck any smoke.3:54It showed that his, the, and it's crazy, we knew defensively he was great, but I think that matchup showed he was on another level of great.4:04And I, I, it was an amazing fight and you move on to the teal fight and.4:11Looking, it, it was, it was a mismatch and Teo is, is a, a good fighter.4:16He's a, a great fighter. But when it came to Shakur, Shakur made him like he made him look like he was an amateur.4:24He didn't, that he wasn't, he wasn't supposed to be in the same ring as him.4:28And you look at things like that and it's kind of like.4:33What, what, what is, what is this?4:36It's like you should. The Tal was one of these great fighters, but he walked in the ring with Shakur and Shakur made him look like he was4:44an amateur. He was pound for pound.4:48So when you look at things like that, it, it, it definitely, it definitely shook up everything and, and on top of that, he moved up to 140.4:57He didn't have any tune-up fights for 140, he moved up to 140 and faced the best, which was TeO.5:02Teo was the very best in that class and It just, it, it was an amazing performance.5:09I think Shaco Stevenson is pound for pound, the #1 fighter in the world, and it's gonna take a lot for anybody to throw him.5:17On to my next topic, Tank Davis.5:19Tank Davis has been out for a while.5:22Um, Tank Davis is an amazing talent.5:24Uh, I think if anyone could beat Shakur, I don't think he can beat Shakur, but if anyone could, it would probably be Tank.5:32Um, with, cause Tank, he can box.5:34People see the knockouts, but Tank can box.5:37Tank is explosive, so Uh His last fight with Lamont Roach kind of showed some of his, you know, weaknesses, I say.5:49Um, when it came to boxing, um, I think it showed that Maybe he hasn't been facing the best talent.5:59And, and, and, and this is the thing, with boxing right now, you can tell who understands and knows the game.6:08Some people would assume that, yeah, Tank was gonna go in there and knock Lamont Roche out, but If anyone knew boxing, and they knew it was gonna6:19be a, a fight. And. If I'm being completely honest with you, I think they lost that fight, to be honest with you.6:26I think they lost that fight and the draw was a, a courtesy.6:32Um. And we, we, we're, we're waiting on his next fight.6:36I think Tank is still a main factor.6:39I think Tin is still a uh one of the best in 135 and to 140.6:45I believe he's one of the, still one of the best.6:47He still has his knockup power.6:48I think he's still a great boxer, but him not going after the Lamont Rose fight number 2, to, to prove that kinda was a little, it ruffled6:59my feathers. I feel like he could have went, beat Lamont and, and, and, and nobody would have questioned it.7:06Now, he, he's been out for a while, um, he never wanna talk about anybody's, you know, outside of boxing, what he's doing.7:15What he does outside of boxing is, is on him, and, but inside of boxing, we know he's a good fighter and the world definitely wants to see7:22him back in the ring, and the world definitely wants to see him against the best and the best fight to make is Shakur Stevenson.7:28We did hear about him and Devin Haney.7:31And that, that could be a thing, a possibility in the future.7:35I know they want Devin Haney to come down, but right now, I don't see Devin Haney going down anymore.7:42Um, so we definitely want to see the tank fight.7:44I would love to see a tank versus Bam fight.7:46I think that would be an amazing fight too.7:48I would love to see a tank versus anyway fight.7:50I think they're both 5-5. I think they both could make a weight class, it could be a, a catch weight.7:57At whatever size they wanna, you know, they feel comfortable at, and I, I feel like the best place could be me, um.8:06Definitely looking forward to his tune-up fight or whatever his fight is coming back and And I think it, it, it's gonna, it, it, I think soon we're8:15going to see the best of the best fight.8:17I think soon we're gonna be seeing the best of the best fight.8:20Um, there's also been a lot of talk about Richard Hutchinson and Keyshaw Davis fighting, and my prediction on that, I think Richard Hutchinson gets the best out8:31of Keyshaw Davis. Um, I think Richard Henderson is just like Shakur when it comes to distance, knowing.8:40How to breakdown, his, his opponents.8:43Um, his defense is, is amazing.8:46I think he has, it's hard to hit him, and I think he has the best jab in the game right now.8:52Keish, uh, Richard Hidden has the best jab in the game right now.8:57Um, his last fight was an amazing performance.9:00Um, I think that was his first fight with Zufa, and Zufa has some, some great talent on his roster.9:06I think that we're gonna see a lot more people come toufa and with Dana White, Dana White is promoting these fights that, he's getting these fights out,9:14even when the fight with Ryan Garcia kind of been, which I'm gonna get to later in the video, but I think Keyshaw Davis.9:22It's just mentally not going to stay.9:27I don't, if it, I feel like if Keyshawn Davis doesn't knock Richard Henderson out, I don't think he beats him.9:33I don't think he outboxes him.9:35I, I don't think that's a crazy statement.9:37I don't think he outboxes him.9:38I think Keyshaw Davis is an amazing talent.9:40I would have loved to see him versus versus Devin Haney because to be honest with you, I, at first, I had thought if anyone was gonna beat9:50Devin Heaney, it was gonna be Keyshaw Davis.9:53Um, obviously things didn't work out when it came to money and things.9:57I would still love Keyshaw to, you know.10:00Take that route, go there at 1:47, um, and because either way, if he would have won, he would have been making the um The calls from now10:12on. And I think that definitely was disappointing, especially for all the fans that want to see that and I think he took a big hit with that10:20because, you know, we, we backed these fighters up, our favorite fighters, we backed them up, we, they talk tough, we're gonna back, we're gonna talk tough for10:27them. So, I would definitely love to see the Keyshawn Davis and Devin Ha fight.10:32It doesn't mean it's not gonna happen.10:34I don't think it doesn't, it doesn't mean it's not gonna happen.10:36I think it's gonna happen one day.10:38I just don't think it's gonna happen anytime soon.10:40I think Devin Haney is looking for his next opponent, which I haven't been hearing anything about Devin Heaney and his opponent.10:46I would love to see Devin Haney and Ryan Garcia get back in the ring.10:49I feel like Devin Heaney has had his tune-up fights already.10:53He beat Brian Noer Junior. Brian Newman Junior is a great talent.10:58He was a great talent at 147.10:59He still is. um. I would love to see Devin Haney give Brian Norman Jr.11:06a second shot. To be honest with you, I, I watched Brian Norman Jr.'s last fight and it was, it was pretty good.11:12Uh, he looked explosive, he looked He, he, he really, he could give them he need some problems right now, to be honest with you.11:19I, I, I, I, I like Brian Newman, I think he needed that loss.11:22So, I, I like Brian Newman Junior versus a lot of people right now.11:26Um, we would love to see a Brian Newman Junior fight with anybody who's willing to take that on that challenge because it's not an easy one.11:37But yeah, I would love to see the, the Ryan Gracie and Demahaney fight.11:39I just feel like that should have been happening already.11:42Um, and we, these fights have to start happening soon, and they will, but You know, I, I would definitely love to see the, the Ryan Garcia and11:54Devin Heaney rematch sooner than later.11:56Um, Ryan Garcia has been active this whole 2026 with his last performance as well, um, Being Connor Benn, but this,12:08this is the thing, right? And Ryan Garcia, he had, he got wing versus Tank and Connor Ben, he's also been wagering a lot of his opponents.12:19Um, kind of Ben came down to 147 when he's really 160.12:26Um. And he didn't look good.12:32He didn't look good the whole camp, just going up to the camp, you could just tell he looked drained, he looked, he didn't look like himself, um.12:43And Ryan Garcia got the best of him, knocking him out.12:46Obviously, that it, it was a, a quick fight, um.12:52Shout out to Ryan Garcia cause Ryan Garcia, he's not just being known for the, you know, the, the right hook or the left hook, he, he has13:00the jab now, he has the right hook, he has the left, he's starting, you know.13:04And that's what happens when you're, you're, you're constantly fighting and, you know, Ryan Garcia is definitely a, a fighter that is willing to get out there and13:12get his hands dirty and he's, he's, he's looking to fight the best himself and He's, he's been backing it up and he's been winning, um.13:23Ryan Garcia's next fight, I would love to see Devin Heaney, um, If not Devin Haney, Brian Norman Junior would be an amazing fight.13:31Um, I heard something about Pit bull Cruz.13:34I, I wouldn't. I don't think I would care to see that fight, to be honest with, with, to be honest with you, I don't really care to13:42see that fight, but if it does happen, I think it will be an interesting fight.13:46Um, just because. You know, Ryan lost to Willie, Willie lost to Pitbull Cruz, so it would definitely be an interesting fight um13:58to happen. Um, I will, you know, I'll tune into it.14:02Um And then No, next we had Teo.14:09Um, becoming, uh, I think a 4 division world champion, um, moving up.14:15And to 147, and he just beat Rooie, um, and honestly, I think You know, I don't see TO as a, a14:27top guy at 147. I'll be, I, I still think he makes the same mistakes that Shakur exposed him about like watching his last fight and Uh,14:39I, I see Ryan Garcia beat him too as well.14:44I don't, I don't, I, I, I honestly, after Shakur, and that's the thing, there's a scary thing with Shakur, right?14:51I know I, I, I, I went.14:53I know that's it's not, that's New Jersey.14:56I'm gonna represent, but With Shakur, when you fight Shakur, Shakur is gonna like expose how bad of a boxer you are and ever since that, I, it's,15:07it's hard for me to watch a Teo fight because T was so, I was told he was so explosive and all these things and, and watching his15:16fights before Polomachenko and Cambosis and it's just like, it, it doesn't even seem like he's It just seems different, like it seems different, um.15:28Rowley definitely was, you know. Being on him.15:33But, you know, Teo definitely won that fight, um, by the numbers.15:37I think Rowie's, you know, an underrated guy.15:40Um, I don't know what's next for Ollie, but I, I, I think Teo, Teo wants the Ryan Garcia fight and like I said, I think Ryan Garcia15:49gets the best of him, um.15:52I just don't think he, he covers his right side great.15:56I think that right hook is always catching him, um, TO and unless he comes if, unless he fixes that.16:04Uh, I just don't see him being the best, um.16:08And. It's, it's, it's, it's been, it's been amazing to watch.16:13I mean, it's been amazing to watch.16:15Um, I can't wait until some of the stars get back anyway, Shakur, Bam, Tank, Devin Haney, um.16:26The, the, the, the, there's stars out here, there's stars that, I know, I know Ben Whittaker is, has a fight this weekend that I'm gonna tune into.16:34Uh, I think he's gonna win by knockout.16:36He, he's a great talent himself from the UK.16:39Um, and I'm excited for what boxing has to offer, in these next couple of months and to the end of 2026 on to 2027, and boxing is16:51only gonna, you know, go crazy from here.16:54Um, and I'm tuned into, you know, what's next, the, the, the big fights are coming up.17:01Um, the Anthony Joshua, Joshua fight and Tyson Fury fight, is that his name?17:08Yeah, I, I, I, I don't think Anthony Joshua is a great fighter.17:12I think he's gonna lose that fight, but Yeah, that's just my opinion, but yeah, is this.17:21It is, it's definitely some, you know, some good fights coming on and I'm excited and.17:27Well, I want you guys to tune in.17:29I'm gonna be tuned in and It's gonna be good.17:34I wanna thank you guys for joining us on A Talk is Right.17:37I want you guys to like, comment, subscribe.17:39Let me know what you guys wanna, uh, want us to talk about, um.17:44It's only up from here.
